Important delay with Screen Server

Between my laptop and this TV are my two Power-line plugs with a 125Mbps practical bandwith and I don't see any CPU bottleneck according to the Windows Ressource Monitor when streaming is on. So the problem does not apparently come from there.

My Screen Server settings are :
- Transcode : when needed
- Optimize for : Quality
- Compression : High
- Max Bitrate : 30 Mbps
- Image Resolution : 1920*1080
- Video Resolution : 1280*720
