Could not connect to the server

I just changed routers and am now receiving the error message: 'Could not connect to server, please start sharing to continue'. I have restarted several times, rebooted my computer, and still receive the message. Everything else including PlayOn is working fine. I can browse the web, receive email, ftp, etc. Any ideas of what to do?
